Welcome to ClozrSuite. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClozrSuite platform, website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ClozrSuite ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ClozrSuite is an AI-powered sales CRM built specifically for individual automotive sales representatives. The platform provides tools including contact management, automated follow-up sequences, a dedicated Closer Number, missed call text-back, AI Objection Coach, Facebook Marketplace bot integration, and access to a Training Hub — all designed to help car sales reps close more deals and manage their personal client pipeline.
ClozrSuite is intended for use by individual sales professionals. It is not a dealership solution and is not designed for the collection or management of a dealership's proprietary customer database.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use ClozrSuite. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
ClozrSuite offers three subscription tiers billed on a monthly basis:

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Any promotional or founding member pricing locked in at signup will be honoured for the duration of continuous active membership.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. Accounts with outstanding balances may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Where offered, a free trial period allows you to access ClozrSuite at no charge. No credit card may be required during the trial, depending on the offer. At the end of the trial period, you will be required to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@clozrsuite.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
You agree to use ClozrSuite only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
ClozrSuite is designed as a personal sales tool — your professional Rolodex. You are responsible for ensuring that all contacts you add to the platform are individuals with whom you have an independent relationship and who have consented to receive communications from you as an individual sales professional.
ClozrSuite does not assume any liability for disputes between you and any dealership, employer, or third party regarding ownership of customer relationships or contact data. You are solely responsible for complying with any employment agreements, non-compete clauses, or dealership policies regarding customer data.
Your ClozrSuite Closer Number is a dedicated phone number provided through the Service for business communications. This number is tied to your ClozrSuite subscription and is intended for your personal professional use. The number is not transferable and will be released upon account cancellation. We make no guarantees regarding the portability of this number.
The Facebook Marketplace Bot integration connects to Facebook Messenger to enable automated responses to inquiries from your personal or business Facebook listings. You are responsible for complying with Meta's Terms of Service, Messenger platform policies, and all applicable advertising and communication laws when using this feature. ClozrSuite is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
ClozrSuite's AI Objection Coach and other AI-powered features are provided as sales assistance tools only. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, or psychological advice. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content in your sales communications.
All content, features, branding, and technology within ClozrSuite — including the name, logo, platform design, and Training Hub content — are the intellectual property of ClozrSuite and its founders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
You retain full ownership of any contact data, notes, and personal content you enter into the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClozrSuite and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost sales, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to ClozrSuite in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee any specific results from use of the platform, including increased sales or commissions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClozrSuite and its founders, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service following notice constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
